clean up page, make more professional looking

I have an html page of salescopy which I'd like you to clean up. Code is a mess, design is a mess (mostly font inconsistencies, text box misalignments) and it needs a good eye for just generally cleaning up and making it look very professional. I am open to your suggestions on pleasing and readable fonts and what you think will be cleanest and most professional. The page is long but not complicated. It only has a few nested tables (for testimonials, etc) and itself fits into a frame on my site with a navigation bar at the left... so the page itself is just a full sized page... so there is no design or creating tables for the page itself. If you could please send me an example of your work as part of your bid I will appreciate it very much. I believe this is a simple project but it also requires a good eye.
