Calendar based appointment/patient management system (outlook? Access?)

It will be a continuous development with many update as we go along.

Need to be calendar based.

Month view (5-10 weeks, specify-able), week view (7-14 days, specify-able) in ROLLING view (able to position this week anywhere from top to bottom in month view, today at very left to right in week view). .Outlook currently doesn’t have this function. (See attached jpg for rolling month view and rolling week view)

Forms for appointment making, prescription making, contact and other.

Invoicing

Window 8.1/office 2013 and windows 10/new office suite, or, any platform is fine as far as it has the functions I want.

Using western, Japanese and Chinese characters

Emailing (connecting to Outlook???) capability. Can be switch-able like Outlook (calendar, email, people…) is nice.

A patient’s overview view: All the info of that patient in one screen: all the appointments with dates, all the herbs she took (with dates, dosage, start date, end date) and emails. Possible???

Can go bit higher than $750
