Create a video for consultancy function (in flip book / la linea style)

I am a director of a global reinsurance company. We have an external consultancy function in place and want to promote this unit to our clients. Two video clips were created for making our pitch, an internal one and one by a web designer. The internal one is a nice and funny self made clip which cannot be used externally. The professionally made one is simply horrible. Therefore, I am posting now this contest in order to get the best result. The clip should be not much longer than 1 minute (tops 1.30) and I would like to have it done in the style of a flip book, in best case in a lean 'la linea' animated drawing style. Following the clip, we would also need a shorted version of the flip book as a real physical one, included in the corner of a note book (as a hand out) but this would be a separate post.
