Hi, I'm a 2D character animation specialist and recent animation graduate. I've worked in film and games and my work's been in festivals worldwide. I'm confident I can create something similiar to the examples you've provided. The project can be completed in Flash, Toonboom, or TVPaint (the latter for a more hand-drawn feel), and I can employ the use of After Effects if necessary for post-production work.
