I have done many Android applications which have used almost all functions in the android SDK , I have gone through your requirements and all the required functions is easy to me , Here is my understanding about your requirements : The App will act as a dictionary in which it will be able to import / export data from external source (what is this source ?) to the SD Card and it will be in multiple languages (what are they ?) hi I have been working on android platform for 4 years. Now I'm at Samsung R&D Institute as software engineer. I'm really interested to work android user dictionary. you can use GCM (Google cloud Messaging) push notification to notify clients about the update. How do you want to sync the application to update external data??? Hope we'll discuss in details. regards
