Dashboard (iPad/Android) Cloud

I want to offer a dashboard which allows the user to simultaneously view multiple rows or work environments in order to coordinate teams and items to produce. I want it to be able to manage real-time and have my client business at their fingertips. Twelve tiles (3x4) must appeared on each screen depending on the source (X and Y data from a database that's in the Cloud (XML or from SQL)). So it monitors production (from a factory Cloud Data) in real time and can also monitor the status of equipment and help the client to plan the weekly and monthly production. It needs to generate productivity reports in real time. These reports can be printed, shared or emailed. The application needs to allow the distribution of tasks and tracking time sheets employees in real time. I want my customers to be able to assemble their own combination of tiles. Managers can select the most relevant tiles in our menu. Also, my client needs to login with a logon screen before accessing to their specific dashboard.
