Android App for weight scale with Bluetooth Low Energy

Hello there I am looking for someone who would write me a simple two-page Android App for a weight scale with Bluetooth Low Energy: - to display weight of a digital scale (using an algorithm) - to display battery status (common battery service) - and to store data in a database. The firmware is up and running, my PCB uses nRF51822, so the applicant has to know/use Nordic nRF Master Control Panel. The aim is to connect my PCB to my Toshiba AT10LE-A, Android 4.2.1. Jelly Bean via Bluetooth Smart. I will provide a UI design and a detailed description. I am new to Android development, but already have a basic knowledge of it. Please note that this is not only a common app building, but you will also need some electronic engineering skills to understand the firmware codes. I would like you to include a cover letter about: - your previous experiments with BLE in Andriod - a small description of how you would approach the project - what software you use (Eclipse, Android Studio, etc.) - and an estimated delivery time. It is a simple application for the one with skills & experience, so my budget is around $100. I can imagine a future ongoing relationship with the right candidate as I will need more Android development soon. Eastern European, especially Hungarian applicants are preferred.
