Android based photo upload to Facebook,Twitter or Email

Need an Android Tablet Based app that will monitor a shared folder on a local wireless network. This folder will be constantly updated with new jpg images. The Android App must present these photos to a user in a gallery format. Selecting an image will display the single image to the user in nearly full screen. The user will then be able to choose whether to upload the image to their own twitter, facebook or email address. On the backend, a log must be kept of each transmitted images name, destination (email address, twitterID, FacebookID **NO PASSWORDS**) developer must be available to make updates to the app as Twitter and Facebook updates there criteria.
