I propose to develop and implement an algorithm which will be faster and more accurate in predicting best way/move to play. I plan to use both the synthetic and real life (if available) data to train the program how to play.

Hi, I have been involved in computer strategy games for nearly thirty years and was once world champion for programming the Chines game of "Go" (look up goplusplus). I am very comfortable talking face to face on skype (name: michaeldecastroferro), It is hard for me to bid accurately for this projects as much of it appears undefined, for example it is not clear what operating system or language is required, so we'd have to talk more before I could give you a proper estimate.

I am worked on multiple casino projects including blackjack games. I redid the AI for Grand Poker (on Facebook). I have driven teams to build engines for Poker, Blackjack and Baccarat. I am a strong candidate for this project work.
