Hello, I'm a motion graphics designer with 5 years of experience working with After Effect and Cinema 4D to create motion graphics. Modify a template usually takes 1 day, but the special modification you ask for could take up to 3 days this is because the use of other font type (to replace the letter you don’t like) and probably some modifications to he script. Please take in consideration if there are no big modifications the final video could be ready to deliver in less than a day.
