BOOKKEEPER / ACCOUNTANT ( QUICKBOOKS )

We are a small technology company based in Melbourne Australia and are in need of an experienced bookkeeper or an accountant to look after our books. Currently we are using Quickbooks Premier but mostly it is only used to send out invoices and purchase orders. We are possibility going to be migrating to the online edition but would like to get some feedback regarding pros and cons of this option.
Our books a very behind so initially they will need to be brought up to date and then we have ongoing work for successful applicant. Below is a brief list of some of the duties that you would be expected to complete.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
---> Accounts Payable
---> Accounts Receivable
---> Bank Reconciliation
---> Produce Reports Weekly (Profit for the week, Budgeted vs Actual, )
---> Generate Customer Invoices from Time Sheets
---> Send Invoice to customers
---> Email out Monthly Statements
---> Followup late invoice (by Phone)
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Smart, energetic and tech savvy
- Advanced Quickbooks Knowledge (i.e. Customize Company Snap Shot, etc...)
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 100% Reliable
- Contactable via Skype/watsup/or Similar
