Accounting task for a manufacturing company

I have a quick task for a good accountant. We have developed a spreadsheet with detailed accounting. I need some help calculating start-up inventory, goods purchased, and be able to convert, using a revolving line of credit with a reduction every 90 days to better forecast cost of goods purchased.
