Critical Evaluation

1500-2000 words- critiquing a article will attach article once awarded 1. Critically analyse a range of evaluation approaches and techniques (Strong and effective: review and discussion of the conceptual, theoretical and contextual issues in the assigned article). 2. Recognise when and how to utilise formative, process, impact and outcome evaluation (Strong and effective: review and discussion of the relationship of the issues and concepts; of how to utilise different concepts in the assigned article to health promotion evaluation practice). 3. Incorporate Te Tiriti o Waitangi within evaluation planning (Strong application of Te Tiriti o Waitangi provisions within evaluation planning. Clearly addressed kāwantanga, (Governorship) tino rangatiratanga(Sovereignty) and ōritetanga (Equality). If it hasn’t have treaty of Waitangi then explain how it could have in terms of the kāwantanga, (Governorship) tino rangatiratanga(Sovereignty) and ōritetanga (Equality)). Develop a brief overview of the health promotion program being evaluated and what it is trying to achieve. Discuss how have health promotion principles and Te Tiriti o Waitangi been applied within this study? What are the strengths or gaps of this evaluation? What are the key learnings from this evaluation that could be applied elsewhere? Talk about if they have used a health promotion principle or value? E.g like empowerment, Social justice and Collaboration. Only if they have mentioned these. Being critical has it worked? Is it a good evaluation? It is a good program? Just general comments.
