Suggested solution: we are required to design a system for online discussion forum in e-learning environment based on content-based filtering to recommend interesting essays that will in turn help to reduce the redundancy problem. In addition, we aimed to integrate learners' implicit context to enhance the quality of recommendation, these implicit contexts are Author Reputation and Essay Popularity. so do you have the ability to design such that system?
