Module Assignment [login to view URL] Analysis of Change Management For this assignment think of a change management situation within your organisation and choose 3 questions only for your report: 1. What Sectors and elements of the environment do you consider to have had the most influence on the change within your organisation. Justify your answers. 2. What are the advantages and disadvantages of the change. 3. Drawing on your experience, consider how realistic it is for managers to try and change organisational culture. 4. Think of a change situation within your organisation. What were the sources of resistance? How did the management try to combat them. 5. Consider why examples of bottom -up change are rare. Your answers should be presented in report format and be suitably referenced using relevant academic sources. You are expected to apply the theories and concepts studied in the module, particularly within Topics 1-7 and 14. The emphasis should be on analysis, critical evaluation and synthesis, avoiding an overly descriptive approach. Your report should not exceed 3000 words, excluding appendices. We need to have an introduction, in the introduction you must write about the three choosed questions, Then in the content , we must give theories for each question then will implement it to my company. And of course we need to have a conclusion.
