Changes to ASP Pages in Frontpage 2002

Changes to software available at [login to view URL] The software is called easyT Survey and Assessment It is already installed on my webserver. This is simple student testing software that uses asp and writes to a microsoft access database. You can download the free demo and test so you understand what I need. 1. Replace header/footer with text and image I will supply. 2. Reformat login/register page so that they appear side by side on one page instead of on two different pages. Also change text I will supply. 3. Change CSS so all text is Trebuchet MS. 4. Change Title bar colors to new rgb value I will supply. 5. Add two fields to registration form: One is a USA state drop down list that the user must not be allowed to change after registering and the other is a date field in XX-XX-XXXX format. 6. Delete one field from sign up form called "Suburb" 7. Misc. text changes to the screen the student sees after logging in. Example: Change "Results" tab name to "My Results". Add the word "Welcome" to the top so it appears before the student name. These are minor changes. 8. Change the "Personal Profile" tab to "My Profile" and prohibit the student from changing the USA state field above that they entered on signup. All other fields will be editable. 9. Once a student registers, when they login, I only want them to see exams they can take based on what the student chose on the registration form in the USA State drop down list. Therefore, I want to add a code/drop down state list to the exam properties so that when I create an exam, I can define its USA state code and the exam will display only for users that choose that USA state when they registered.
