ASP Programming needed.

I am looking for a experienced ASP programmer to work inside a scripting program and customize some text fields. Since the scripting program only writes basic scripts, it does not allow for a required field restriction. I will need a box to pop up reminding the person to fill in the required fill when it is empty. After this has been figured out I will need detailed instructions on how to apply this to other script so I can do my own adjustments. Lastly, I need assistance with fixing a drop down box code in a asp code script page. Currently, the dropdown works by presenting a drop down of options to choose than it writes back to a database, when I go away from the page and come back the dropdown field, it does not pull the data back from the database to present in the script page. Once this is figure out I will also need instructions on how to apply in other script. Thank you.
