ASP.NET 1.1 Website demo with data entry

Your job will be to program a website demo (no design, no content) with ASP.NET. It must have the following dynamic functions:
- Newsticker page (News and images are read from database and displayed "latest first")
- User registration page (visitors enter their email address and password, the system then sends a confirmation email containing a unique URL, to check the validity of the email address)
- Ticketing page (visitors can enter questions and receive a unique
ticket number; the system stores questions and answers in the database; answers can be retrievd using the ticket number; if users are registered and logged in, they can see all their open and closed
questions)
- Administration page (the site admin can control all the above functions on one single page: i.e.,
-- administer users: see and edit the registered data, assign group IDs to the users
-- administer page locks: which user group is allowed to download what
-- administer news: enter, lock, unlock or delete newsticker texts and images
-- ticketing: see per-user ticket history, total ticket history, read and answer tickets
The timeline for this project is one week after bids are closed.
