ASP Content System Modifications

We have a project to modify our Content System for a new client. It involves generally editing the SQL database tables and fields, modifying 50-100 scripts to change the graphic look of the User Interface. We are looking for a firm (at least 3-4 people) with an organized development process, good quality assurance, available via IM, available at least a few hours overlap with our business day (Central), good prices, and solid experice in Content systems ASP and ASPX. Estimate the project based on the above but also nclude your hourly rate. Also indicate which country you are from. Please adress each one of the points above in your response.
