Convert multi-user MS Access DB to ASP

We have an MS Access DB which we need converted to ASP website. This multi-user relational DB tracks client services. It consists of about 50 forms/subforms, but with one primary data form and one dashboard/control center. It consists of about 50 tables, but about 40 of those are only look-up tables to populate drop-down lists. All website users must log in. Data access and features available to each user vary based on user type (about 10 different user types). Users must add/edit various information, depending on user type. PDF reports must be generated and printed/saved (we can provide the sample reports in either Word or as .pdf). About 30 different reports. Create interface to upload scanned documents to site and store link in DB for future access. Should be able to start immediately. Attached is prototype of the system, including VBA code. Please review the DB before bidding. Also, note that while this includes most of the system, additional needed features not included in the prototype: -Calendar to schedule appointments (one is in there, but a second is needed of a different style). -User rights, as mentioned above (code to set user access based on user types). -Alert system to create alerts and notify users of upcoming/past due responsibilities -Messaging system to send notes to different users within system (not emails; messages are confined in DB) -PDF report creation, as mentioned above -Scan/upload docs, as mentioned above -Many tweaks to be done to the prototype, but it should provide a solid basis for your review. (To login to the interface, select a user and leave the password as "password". Selecting user "svcprov" will provide access to the most data [which, of course, is fake].)
