ASP Project

I need a developer to build a web application with ASP that will provide us the abilty to do email marketing campaigns. We already have some examples and need your help to come up with the best design to acheive all of our aims.

We have a list of things that we want to acheive with this and expect it should take 2-3 days to complete.

Please offer your best bid for completing this task.

I like to get involved with the whole development process but I am not a programmer so I really need someone who is expert enough to make up for my lack of knowledge. (Having said that I know how to manage a project and I know how to assist you to wade through issues and problems.)

This web application is to be based on our own content management system which is written in ASP.

All work must be working and tested by you in IE5 and above and Screen Res 800x600 and 1024x768 with NO HORIZONTAL scroll bars (PLEASE!) :)

You must have above average skill level in ASP. Please dont bid if you dont because I need someone who can seriously get this task completed in a hurry.
