Configure aspexec component on Windows 2003 to work with command line exe

We have ASPexec component installed on Windows 2003 Server and are looking for an expert to configure a script to allow us to perform a number of steps to render flv from any uploaded movies. The system we have allows video clips to be uploaded into an extranet environment and immediately after the files have been uploaded, we would like the following to be functional: 1. Aspexec (or WSH if need be) used to interact with a vbs file to pass parameters to an external script from an asp file 2. The external script will open a command line script to interacr with Videozilla (installed on server) and generate FLV movie 3. The script should "listen" for the command to finish and then close down and refresh the parent asp page to the next page 4. The original file (which can be mpg, mp4, mov or avi format) will then be deleted if the FLV file has been generated. Full access to server will be permitted and a working version of the uploader is already functional
