Develop Form for DotNetNuke Site

DotNetNuke Project Requirement: Build a form using Datasprings dynamic forms module (latest version 2.7) already installed on the site. The form is relatively simple with the additional requirement that a payment is made via paypal. We will provide paypal email as required. Module is fully documented however we would like someone who has used the module before. The amount is determined by the selections which the client has placed in the form.
