Time of Symptom - When do you react? The user will be able to choose up to 5 symptoms utilizing the checkbox. Result The program will search the database (constructed from the Excel spreadsheet) and compare the symptoms to the allergies and will produce the top five matches based on best match of the symptom and allergy The result will list the top allergy first. The results will be listing percentages of the best result Chocolate (95%) Dogs (80%) And so on A contact form at the bottom for the potential customer to contact with questions. Also put the results in the email. Contact form to include: Name, first, last Address Email Phone Comments Admin Section: This section will enable the admin to add/remove allergies and symptoms.
