ASP SQL Redirect Page Wrong

I have a registration page in asp.net that calculates class's taken and subtracts that value from total amount of Financial aid they have. After that calculation they are redirected to a page depending on that value. Everything seems to work except for if they have more class's than they have in Financial aid current they get redirected to a page that says you have a credit instead of you owe. This is going to be an easy fix for a sql asp person. I am unable to fix it myself and please note in your bid if you speak english as well. This may be something we need to talk about to save you time.
