Convert Java Menu to ASP.NET

There is an open source menu system that I want to covert to ASP.NET

This should be a very quick job, especially if you are familiar with converting tools such as

I won't pay much for this and so anything above 30 dollars will not be accepted

I want the exact same menu system in ASP.NET, clean and documented
