Ok i have the access database. Need to setup search form (FRM_SEARCH) which has the table linked (MAIN). I need to have multiple searches at the same time so basically they can enter first name then phone number then click search any of the combination of fields displayed on FRM_SEARCH header (go to design view). Search button would search all fields that are filled in and return results if there is a match. Clear would clear the filled in fields so you can enter new data and search again. very simple! need asap so if you are chosen please be able to deliver asap. Thanks
