Attached is a program that I use to record information. I need the reporting functionality to be better, and I need the 2nd image which is a certificate that I generate to be populated with the information that I collect. I will supply the image in any format. I would like that data pulled from the database and translated on to the certificate and compiled into a PDF. I would like these certificates to be stored in the database in case I need to retrieve the history of the customer. I would like the certificate functionality to be added in this access program. I would like this software to be finalized in a few days. The quicker the better.
