Color Exterior BLACK / Glass garage doors/ Exterior Lights
Interior WHITE walls/ Table with outlet/ single bathroom
Functionally Heat/AC, Small seating area . MUST BE ABLE TO BE WORK IN COLD CONDITION so please consider were the sink and toilet

  I apologize , I am looking for a small studio design for my mobile detailing business, We offer paint correction and Ceramic coating . the space does need to be big just standard garage sizes 20x20 or 22x22. My idea is to use shipping containers. It should have white interior walls and plenty of light. a small space to store our products and tools. Should be ideal for a very clean surface floor so tile is referenced. Please refer to any auto detailing studio for ideas. I also include pictures.

I apologize for not clarifying the sizes would be a standard garage size 20x20 or 22x22 nice door and plenty of lighting. it would be used in conjunction with a gas station or car wash. things to be included would be a small lift in the floor lights in the walls and it has to be heat and A/C with a small area to store item (tools , buffers,vacuums, towels) please review attach photo
