Store Exterior Window Graphic Design Project plus a panel

We are interested in a design for the windows and for an advertising panel that will be on the right side where the windows end to differentiate (separate) the shops.
- Size: approximate 6m x 2m
- Design: Client has a general concept in mind but is open to suggestions
- Desired Color Scheme: the colors used by our brand are black, white, red and blue. But we are open to suggestions.
We are looking for a talented graphic designer to create an eye-catching store exterior window graphic. The project involves designing a graphic that will be displayed on a window measuring 20ft x 7ft.

Design Concept:
- Although the client does not have a specific design in mind, they have a general concept that they would like the designer to explore.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Graphic design expertise with a strong portfolio showcasing previous window graphic designs
-Combining design with marketing techniks to atract custumers in store
- Creativity and the ability to bring the client's general concept to life
- Strong understanding of visual branding and the ability to create a design that aligns with the client's brand image
- Experience in creating graphics for large-scale displays
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the client and incorporate their feedback into the design process
I've attached a picture of the store front and it's pretty much how I imagine it (I don't want it exactly like that, I'm open to suggestions), but I'm not an expert and that's why I need a specialist.
