I am looking for a landscape designer with experience in creating relaxing outdoor spaces. The project involves designing a medium-sized outdoor space (500-1000 sq ft) with a focus on creating a serene and calming atmosphere. This includes the facade and the space behind the wall, the villa from front and back.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in landscape design and knowledge of plants, materials, and layout principles
- Ability to create a design that promotes relaxation and tranquility
- Knowledge of lighting design and experience in selecting appropriate fixtures
- Creativity in incorporating various elements such as water features, seating areas, and pathways
- Attention to detail and ability to work within a given budget

Objective:**
To design a robust landscape and exterior lighting system for a house that not only enhances its aesthetic appeal but also withstands extreme heat, promotes clean air, and offers functional utility.

**Landscape Design:**

1. **Plant Selection:**
- Suggest vegetation that is heat-tolerant and known for air-purifying qualities.
Prefer white flowers and indian jasmine
I do not want any sculptures or pebbles.
- Consider both deciduous and evergreen plants to provide shade and year-round appeal.

2. **Irrigation System:**
- Design an efficient irrigation system tailored to the selected plants’ water needs.
- Consider systems such as drip irrigation or soaker hoses to conserve water and target root zones effectively.

3. **Gate, Wall, and Car Shades/Umbrellas:**
- Propose design options for the car shades that complement the villa and landscape, both front and back of the villa.
- Recommend car shades or umbrellas suitable for protecting vehicles from extreme heat while integrating seamlessly with the landscape design.

4. **House Exterior:**
- Suggest design enhancements that tie the house exterior with the landscape for a cohesive look.

**Exterior Lighting:**

1. **Under-Tree Lighting:**
- Design a lighting system that illuminates trees from below, creating a dramatic and appealing visual effect during nighttime.

3. **Functional Lighting:**
- Design lighting solutions for gate, wall, car shades/umbrellas, and other vital exterior areas, ensuring functionality without compromising aesthetics.

4. **Decorative and Accent Lighting:**
- Propose options for decorative lighting elements that can enhance the landscape's features and add visual interest.

**Execution Documents:**

- Provide comprehensive documentation that includes:
- Detailed design blueprints.
Shopping list of lights or anything else needed from international stores or amazon

- Lighting circuit diagrams and installation guidelines.
- Irrigation system blueprints and operational instructions.

**General Guidelines:**

- Adhere to local building and environmental codes to ensure safety, sustainability, and legal compliance.
- Before finalizing any design decisions, they should be discussed and approved by the homeowner to ensure alignment with personal preferences and needs.
- Maintain clear communication throughout the project, providing regular updates and incorporating feedback as required.
