I need R code that parses the title of the attached article and data from tables 1 and 2 into a data frame. The parser should recognize the tables 1 and 2 to parse based on the RR (relative risk) column, so that other articles with an RR column in a table can be also parsed. Top submissions will be able to parse tables from other articles with an RR (relative risk) column.
