I am looking for a way, or a source, to spot new ICOs and information about them.

This solution should be:
1. Comprehensive – i.e. catch as many new ICOs possible.
2. Detailed – it should provide much of the information that the attached Excel sheet is asking for
3. At the forefront – showing ICOs that are new to the market

To clarify: I need a method, or source, to achieve this on a regular basis. I do not need a one time update.
