I need a skilled 3D artist to deliver high-quality, accurate 3D elevation of a 2 story addition to an existing home. The primary focus of this 3D elevation is for visualization for construction purposes and should include detailed aspects of the front porch, front entrance and garage. It should use color. You should ideally be experienced in architectural visualizations, and specifically familiar with modern architectural styles. I will provide inspiration drawings, projected layouts of the floor plans, lot sizes, elevations, etc. Window locations, size and design elements are paramount in maklng the elevation look symmetrical and appealing from the curb.

The current elevation proposed by the architect is not up to our standards. This is the main focus of this project. I have enclosed a seperate drawing rendering the proposed roof-line. Also, there should be a metal eyebrow over the garage door entrance running the length of the garage. This is not displayed in the drawings.

There will be a paver entrance to the garage and door entrance along with foliage conducive to the Florida climate. Please include in your drawings. Any lighting fixtures would be beneficial as well.

EDITED 3/12: Please ensure that the entrance way has some sort of coverage either by a roof line or something over the door of the main entrance.

EDITED 3/15: The entrance way needs to be recessed. There can be no protruding columns. Adding columns or any type of additional elevation to the front of the bulding diminishes the setback of the home.
