Looking for a gifted designer capable of creating a minimalist, text and image-based logo.

I have attached a style of logo I already like, would just need to make it sharper/improve a bit as it is just a bit too boring at the moment and doesn't git with the font type, integrate green. Opened to other suggestions too.

Key Details:

- Color scheme should involve green (SAME as website), and touches of black and white
- Font should be same as website
- The logo should convey a minimalist mood and can be used on business cards and tshirts
- The design should combine both text and image but also be able to use image seperatly
