Need an logo update. Colors must be used is are red and blue. All the words must be included in new logo. Looking for something more modern and stands out with some aggression. Which means each words and art can be moved around. Please do not use the standard shield and leave everything as is. I really need an update or make over that makes this logo look different but still recognizable.

The images of the blue and red badges in the old logo MUST be used. The man in the cape can be something similar or reused but must be updated. Fonts and layout of the works should pop and be more updated. If you can use silver would be great. the shield is preferable to be used but I will look into other options.

Goal is to update the logo more aggressive and modern. Colors, art and words must stands out. Better layout of the graphics.
