I need an ID Card Design. Design will be for printing on pvc CR80 cards. The design will be for the background image for the ID Card itself. It will be used mostly for Texas Residents so for the background it would be nice to see something that represents Texas however if you have better ideas please include those as well. Please do an image search on google for "Texas Cash Transaction Card" to see examples of what fields are included in the "Texas Cash Transaction Card".

the CR80 card dimensions are 3.375″ x 2.125″, Not really sure on any specific colors.

#1 Don't Like, Looks too simple, nothing representing Texas. #2 Not Bad but looks too busy, not sure how the textual data would look on the actual card. #3 Very clean looking but lacks anything relating to the state of Texas. #4 Clean as well , don't like the main image running vertical and Texas represented image too small.
