I need a two sided modern, clean, brochure 8.5 x 11. I am a dental consultant/coach, who sees clients in the clients practice-- in-house ,IF they are located in Southern California, if they are not in so cal, they can take advantage of my service through the web consulting service. I also have a digital dashboard that tracks the progress and there is a link to that on the web site.

I need a digital version and one that will be printed and left behind in dental practices. It needs to describe my services, and in a modern, beautiful way demonstrate how we can help them. I have attached a PDS of that will be the language for the "About US" page of my site as the site is new and that page is not good yet.

please do not provide me with other samples of what you have done, it is not useful as I need to see how MY services are going to be presented..
