I am looking for an expert t-shirt designer who can take my concept image (see attachment) and turn it into a professionally designed t-shirt. I have a specific concept in mind - files attached. I have specific colors/design elements in mind, however, I'm open to suggestions if the designer has better ideas. I'm looking for someone with the drawing skills to make my concept into a one color file and also a multi-color option file. This person should have experience in the design field and be able to bring my concept to life in a professional way that I can easily take the completed files directly to be printed.

The design is for the back of the t-shirt - the image should be pint glasses lined up with pine trees frosted on the glasses and the reds corner logo proportional as if etched into the glass in the center glass. Underneath it says SOUTHERN PINTS and below that North Carolina. I would like the design very close to the attachment, in white, so that it can print in one color on a green shirt. If you can include a color design option as well, that would be a huge bonus, but not necessary. The other 2 attachments are the logo that goes on the pint glass - i've provided it in black and in white.
