I need an insert card designed. This will be inserted into a product package for high quality Flameless Candles.

The text for the insert card has been attached. I envisage the card having three clear sections to it.

1. Claiming a discount code and registering with Luminicious

2. Manufacturer's Warranty

3. Encouraging the customer to post a review

The card needs to be very eye catching and act as a call to action. Our primary objective is to get customers to sign up with us and that is why the 15% discount code is being offered, so this needs to stand out.

Use of additional logo/symbols for the contact details maybe useful to use such as for SMS, email, FB messenger.
