Síntese do concurso

A dojo open to all martial art styles. The point being to incorporate elements from different styles for effective self defense. Part of the time I work with other black belts exchanging ideas and part of the time my colleagues and I teach private lessons and small group classes are in jiu jitsu, catch wrestling, kickboxing, hapkido, yoga, etc. Our colors are black with red accent. Symbol/mascot is the black widow spider.
