Síntese do concurso

We are seeking a great creative graphic designers to help us expand our catalog and develop 200-300 unique postcard designs that are specific to marketing a real estate broker. This project is for ONE postcard concept and with success on this, we will expand the project with new milestones for more.

We are an advertising agency in the U.S. that specializes in very creative and new concepts for realtors. Our customers use our card designs to send to their clients with expectations of generating calls and referrals to build their business.

The type of design we are looking for is modern and creative. The card needs to have some sort of attention grabbing content with a message from the realtor. We are looking for out of the box concepts that can be used by realtors. Not just a typical and “tired” design. The concepts still needs to be professional.

You can use any message that can be used for a realtor to acquire business or get a response from the recipients. Attached is a pdf to show a samples of our current work just to show that even though we work in real estate marketing, our concepts are rather creative and not normal card designs.

1) The postcard dimension is 6”tall x 9”wide postcard (15.24 cm tall x 22.86 cm wide)
2) Must include the realtor photo and contact information on the card.
