Really like the clean, modern, luxury look that some of you used, plus the emoji/icons for certain items, like room count, bathroom etc.

I would also love to see a "sticker" anywhere on the front and any stile/design saying: "Paradise Palms Finest Redevelopment"

Design a double sided Property feature flyer

I attached a few flyer idea that looked good but I am open to anything.

Must be double sided, include all the property details, pictures, features, "what is new"

This will be placed inside the house so potential buyers can understand better what has been changed. Features and "what is new" is the whole purpose of this flyer.
A good description would be great too.

Here is some basic information and description to get you going:

Located on a unique cul de sac in the hot historic " Paradise Palms" neighborhood ,this mid century modern was completely gutted and completely rebuilt .. Over sized lot, beautiful inviting pool and retro wood burning fireplace are some of the many unique features that will captivate you.There are 5 bedrooms 3 full baths. The extra large kitchen and family room make this a great entertainment hub. Large pool, 2 Car garage, Circular driveway,

All work was done on permits from the building department
Professional asbestos removal/cleaning

Whats new:

-Double glass vinyl windows, exterior doors and garage door

-Electrical panel, wiring, receptacles and switches
-All new plumbing lines from meter, valves, water heater
-All new HVAC duct system, 2 new Goodman rooftop heat pump unit, and 2 thermostat
-Oversized Custom Contemporary European style kitchen cabinets, soft close doors, new quartz countertop, marble backsplash finished with a full set of Samsung appliances (Stove, Refrigerator, Dish washer, Microwave)
-Octagon shape flooring tile in general areas, wood floor in living areas and carpet in all bedrooms
-All 3 bathrooms has new tiles, vanity, mirrors, lights, toilet, shower valves
-New pool plaster, decorative tile, pool pump, pool filer, pool lights and pool panel
-New landscaping lines, valves and a timer for all your oleanders, flowers, bushes, and multiple mature olive trees.
