We need a sleek, professional and modern logo for bespoke software company (Effervescent Software).

Ideally an abstract logo (see sample urls) or at least clean, we do not expect a background (transparent please) and we do not really want loads of bubbles. The name is meant to be effervescent in the sense you would describe a person.

Something like http://d1r5i20o8cadcu.cloudfront.net/designs/images/12766/original/modern-logo.jpg or http://www.sothink.com/page/logo-design/images/modern-logo-design-5.png which has a separate image part of the logo which can be used as a logo in its own right. Please note I'm not saying that we want the style of the logos linked above, simply that we would like a logo where the text is separate from the logo image and that the logo image itself is distinctive. That being said, we're open minded and will consider other styles.

Also, although the name is 'Effervescent', it's more meant as lively/enthusiastic than bubbly so logos do not need to reflect the bubbly nature.

I will want to use this logo on business cards, the website, etc. Ideally I would like this done as a vector graphic for scalability although I will also accept a 5000 x 5000 iage PSD.

airbrushkid that logo is copy...you make mistake in 99 ;) 100% sure you copy from another side,and how is easy logo without details you just recort all around in photoshop.
