In need of TEMPLATED Offering Memorandum that can be used for selling golf courses within the commercial real estate field. Must be clean concept and design for corporate view (suggested colors of shades of green etc) . Cover, TOC, and pages for importing text and photos, maps, etc - so several "master" pages need to be created (including one for section breaks). Template should be about 20 total pages (sized 8.5" x 11") and needs to be created in Publisher or PowerPoint ONLY. Need done within 24 hours. Please send samples of related offering memorandums and/or ideas

I'm not sure what clarification you are looking for? The description should have included everything. The temp[late can be in Publisher OR PowerPoint.
