Rate-My-Agent.com needs a new design, complete with CSS.
The design must be responsive & mobile friendly.

Some examples to follow:

Like:
- modern design
-- the scrolling and customized background is cool, but not necessary

Dislike:
- How the mobile view only shows recent activity in the content section.

Like:
- floating header navigation bar
- scrolling testimonials
- round profile image thumbnails

Options to consider:
- on results page (ex. http://www.rate-my-agent.com/Saskatoon-SK-Agent-Ratings) improve the summary view of agents.

Remove ads from existing homepage. Reconsider ad placement on interior pages.

The existing logo and colour scheme can be kept. Adjustments can be made to the colour scheme as long as they still coordinate with the logo.

Here's a brief outline for the homepage. I'm open to ideas if you can come up with a layout & example features that works better.

-Floats on top of page when you scroll down.
Top Section - Featured Agents
-3 Featured Agents with rating stars & review.
-High-end looking background.
Middle Section - Content in 2 columns
Bottom Section - List of top markets.
-Ex.
Popular cities:
List top 20 cities.
Popular provinces and states:
List top 10 provinces and states.
By country:
List top 5 countries.
Footer - usual footer stuff.

Original logo files attached.

We will not wait until the contest deadline to pick a winner. We need to include extra time as a contingency. Submit your questions and designs today!

  What does live mean? In the end we'll need the CSS & all related graphic files for the complete website design. Mockups are fine for posting to the contest board.
