I need an attractive horizontal banner image for an online event I'm having. It will be used on a website page and in an email newsletter. I've attached a few banners that are similar to what I'm looking for.

Also attached are an image of me (the event host), a few choices for a second image, and our brand palette.

The event's title is "Respectful Marketing Tips for Caring Nurse Entrepreneurs" and the dates are September 12 -17, 2022.

I need you to put these elements together into an attractive design that measures 600 x 120 px.

There's potential for more work in the future for the winner.

The finished product MUST be delivered in 2 formats: 1) as an EDITABLE file so I can make changes or adjustments to it if I want to, and 2) as a jpg version. I also need you to send me any background images you use and the names of the fonts you use.
