I have created this Design keeping the context in mind, i have done it in such a way that most of the residence will get the maximum view of outside and at same time welcoming the natural light to ho me. the 12 storey building is created as Exoskeleton structure which means the structure it self will be the part of facade and strength of the building. The balcony, glass windows and the overlooking shadows will play key role in showing the concept of the design. hence , would like to share this design sample for requirements. i have used revit and enscape for making this design.
