The illustration should represent a teacher with his book under the arm, the book should be the one in the photograph and it should be in half a body, the face is the photo, it is not the photo that I want distorted is an illustration based on that face the illustration should be in colors.

Sir, Megak Mazuki is making a fair complain. The example you upload is a caricature (distorted/exagerated image) not a cartoon (without distortions or exageration of proportions). We understand that the prize is fair too and the most of the entries have been done using a photoshop filter, but the confusion on the terms make many colleagues had spend time unnecesary.

this is the craziest contest I've ever entered. CH doesn't actually know what he wants. cartoonizer?!! it is the caricature that you want. get your terminology right before post any contest so you don't waste your time and our time. and. provide a sample at the early stage not after hundreds of entry rejected. spend 6 hours for nothing. not even a concrete comment. WASTED
