  I have not been able to set up the website in time. Will I be able to change some details on the billboard once you send it to me? It will only be the details of the website or contact email, everything else will remain untouched.

  I appreciate the card changes might mean a bit of shuffling around on the font size. I am hoping that this will mean that the NLA logo (which stays on the back) can be a bit bigger. I do not want the tagline font to be any smaller. Lat change on the card, Can I have, "We provide" instead of "providing", please.

  Good morning Maria, I will be awarding you the contest this morning. When can we do the few changes that I want? I put the decision out to some other people and you got every vote. I know you are away on Monday so I am hoping we can have this cleared away today. That way I am clear to get on with the next stage of marketing. The changes I would like are on the card are on the front my name and title move to the middle. The NLA accreditation on the back moves to the front and becomes the fourth item at the bottom.

  I might be wrapping this up early if I can work out how. One of the five star entries has prior arrangements on Monday which could prove awkward to me if I don't get it through before she goes. It would add at least a two week delay.

  Thank you Maria, There is one small change I would like but we can see to that if you win. In order to get this through and you can send the files I will have to end this contest early which I had not anticipated. I will ask what the implications are of this as I have three people yet to enter that have a notice showing me they intend to. What form will the files be in? I have someone ready to build the website and I just want to make sure that the files are the correct format for them. Above all, enjoy your time away when it comes around.

     All files will be vectorized in .ai, .eps and .pdf format, so enlarging or decreasing the size will not affect their resolution.
     All files that carry text will go in 2 options: 1- with vectorized text. 2 - with the editable text accompanied by the fonts so you can modify it.
     The files of the Logo in addition to being vectorized will be in .png format with transparent background in various sizes so that it can be adapted to any web format.
